Product Description

Egyptian papyrus ink drawing on 9″×″ sketchbook paper coloured on computer Worms have played major roles in world mythology and its associated literatures. The word was often used to describe creatures now classified as caterpillars, millipedes, snakes, maggots, and lizards, along with “dragons”.Vermicelli ( “little worms”) is a traditional type of Italian pasta round in section that is thicker than spaghetti. This drawing was inspired by my mind playing with the image of dragons and how some are called Wyrms (worms)…usually legless or 2 legged dragons. Which leds to the word vermin and from there my mind doesnt have to strain itself to leap to a little legless dragon called Vermicelli like the noodle…..Oh, and the crocodile god behind the woman’s head is there because I thought that if the Egyptians had dragons they would have crocodile heads.
